Devin McRae Speaks to The Wrap on ‘Criminal Minds’ Firing
Devin McRae was prominently quoted in Tim Kenneally’s The Wrap article “Thomas Gibson Will Have ‘a Tough Time’ Suing Over ‘Criminal Minds’ Firing, Expert Says.” According to Devin, Gibson, who was fired from the show for allegedly kicking a writer on set, would have a long road ahead of him in a civil lawsuit over his termination.
“I think he’s gonna have a tough time,” said Devin. “Normally there is quite a bit of language in these acting agreements that would give the right to the producer or network to terminate the actor.”
