Kevin Sinclair is a partner in the firm’s litigation department, and he has extensive experience representing financial institutions, real estate developers, value investors, insurance companies and professional services providers. His practice focuses on all facets of business and real property litigation, including title insurance, contract disputes, securities, corporate fiduciary duties and escrow law.
Prior to joining Early Sullivan, Mr. Sinclair was an associate in the litigation department of the Los Angeles law firm of Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, LLP (formerly Christensen, Glaser, Fink, Jacobs, Weil & Shapiro, LLP).
Mr. Sinclair earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. As a student in Georgetown’s Harrison Institute for Public Law, Mr. Sinclair testified before the California Senate regarding the World Trade Organization’s General Agreement on Trade in Services. During law school, he also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Dickran Tevrizian of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Sinclair earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
He is licensed to practice in California and Nevada.
