Robin Nightingale is of counsel to Early Sullivan. She brings to Early Sullivan and their clients fifteen years as an experienced trial attorney and litigator in Florida. She has also served as an arbitrator in select cases, which gives her a perspective on the arbitration process that is missed by most attorneys.
After being raised in the Tampa Bay Area, Mrs. Nightingale attended Georgia Southern University graduating Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts degree and later attended Boston College Law School graduating with her Juris Doctorate degree. After graduating law school, Mrs. Nightingale worked at Abbey, Adams, Byelick & Mueller, L.L.P and later started her own practice, the Nightingale Law Firm. As a result of her passionate, scrupulous, and skillful advocacy, Mrs. Nightingale has earned a reputation – amongst attorneys and prior clients – as a fierce advocate for her clients.
Mrs. Nightingale is admitted to practice in all State Courts of Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Justice Association, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, and the Clearwater Bar Association.
Mrs. Nightingale lives in the Tampa Bay Area with her husband and two children and is active in her church and her community.
