Saam Takaloo is an associate with Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP.
Prior to joining Early Sullivan, Saam was an associate at a boutique business law firm, where he handled a wide variety of complex commercial, intellectual property and employment cases from inception to conclusion, as well as corporate transactional matters for large financial institutions, real estate developers, apparel manufacturers and high net-worth individuals.
Saam received his Juris Doctor in 2016 from Loyola Law School. At Loyola, he concentrated in corporate law, was a semi-finalist in the Transactional Negotiation Competition, served on the Scott Moot Court Honors Board, and represented the school in the Roger J. Traynor California Moot Court Competition. He was also president of the Iranian Law Students’ Association, and addressed the legal needs of fashion and design industry clients through the Fashion Law Clinic.
Saam received his undergraduate degree in International Relations and Business from the University of Southern California, receiving multiple Dean’s List honors.
Outside of the office and courtroom, Saam is active in his community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Iranian American Bar Association’s Los Angeles Chapter. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching soccer and basketball.
Saam is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
