Devin McRae was recently asked by The Wrap to comment on the reasons behind Ke$ha’s decision to drop her lawsuit against producer Dr. Luke in California. According to Devin, Ke$ha’s dismissal of the California action is not likely to be significant in the artist’s overall legal battle with her former mentor.

“I wouldn’t make too much of it,” Devin said, adding that the California case was stayed last year and won’t have any bearing on Ke$ha’s appeal in New York.
