Eric Early Leads Trial Team to Victory

Months of hard fought litigation involving complex claims against Early Sullivan’s clients (who own and operate nursing homes), for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, corporations code violations and several other claims, culminated in a protracted multiday arbitration evidentiary hearing before the Honorable Judge Richard Haden (Ret.), at which numerous witnesses testified.  Lead trial attorney Eric Early along with Bryan Sullivan, Chris Ritter, Peter Scott and paralegal, Hannah Kotey, obtained a complete defense verdict for their clients.  In the action, entitled Brull v. Meridian Health Services Holding, et al., the plaintiff had sought $9 million as well as punitive damages and attorneys’ fees.  Click on “Download PDF” for a copy of Arbitrator Haden’s opinion and award (which also awarded Early Sullivan’s clients their attorneys’ fees and costs).
