Brian Ritter

Brian Ritter is an associate with Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP.

Before attending law school, Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television Production at Loyola Marymount University in 2015.

Brian received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2025, where he participated in the school’s SCALE accelerated two-year program and ranked first in his class, earning a GPA of 4.1. He was a member of the Dean’s Fellow Program and holds the record for highest compensation ever received in the Motion Picture Law class negotiation module.

While in law school, Brian worked as a legal extern at the Carol Contes Law Firm, where he drafted option/purchase agreements, actor agreements, certificates of authorship, producing services agreements, an assignment to a loan-out company, and a certification of chain of title. He later served as a law clerk at Southwestern’s Entertainment and the Arts Legal Clinic, where he drafted various development and production-related agreements, such as option purchase, director, writer, performer, and producer agreements.

Brian is admitted to the State Bar of California.
