Rebecca L. Claudat is a Partner with Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP.
Prior to joining Early Sullivan, Rebecca worked at a boutique firm in Los Angeles, where she litigated a wide variety of employment law cases from inception to conclusion. Her practice focused on representing employees in single plaintiff matters involving claims for retaliation, discrimination, and harassment. She also regularly represented employees in wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
Rebecca received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University. She is licensed to practice law in California.
She has been named to the US News & World Report’s “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” for Litigation- Labor and Employment for 2023-2026.
She has been selected as a Southern California “Rising Star” in Employment Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine for 2025.
